Our specialist equipment has been sourced from world class brands such as Prime Fitness, Hammer Strength, Arsenal Strength, Cybex, Life Fitness, Precor, Icarian and Nautilus. We have recently been installing hand-picked world class equipment by Panatta. Made in Italy, design, experience, perfect joint biomechanics, technology and high quality are part of the Panatta DNA. No other bodybuilding gym in Stoke on Trent has the same class of equipment that's found in Apex Gym.
All the equipment is maintained to a high standard, regularly maintained and refurbished.
We have a separated legs, cardio, and functional areas including a 10m sprint track, sled and 45kg boxing Sandee Punch Bag. Just about everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
LEGS & FUNCTIONAL
ZONE
When it comes to functional fitness Apex Gym is second to none, offering the best in the area when it comes to both staff knowledge and sheer variety of equipment including, kettlebells, slam balls, boxing bag, ropes, and much more!

Our leg development zone comprises of market leading equipment, hand-picked items that have perfect movement. Our equipment comes from high class suppliers such as Panatta (Hand-Made in Italy), Cybex, Hammer Strength & Life Fitness. You can be sure to grow and develop your legs here with more equipment being added each year.

We have both ladies and gents changing rooms and showers which are brand new, clean and warm.
FREEWEIGHT ZONE
Our Freeweight area boasts a brand new dumbbell section with weights up to 70KG, 4 adjustable benches, utility bench and preacher curl.

We have two heavy-duty Hammer Strength Squat Racks with integrated lifting platforms suitable for all types of lifting. If you prefer olympic style lifting we have a selection of bumper plates available.
​
The Freeweight area is accompanied by two 55 Inch TV's with LED backlighting that always have on motivational videos to get you going.
CHEST & SHOULDERS ZONE
Sculpt your upper body with our extensive selection of equipment comprising of pin-loaded and plate loaded machines. We have a dedicated area for your Chest and Shoulder workouts.
BACK & ARMS ZONE
Prime Fitness, Hammer Strength, Panatta, Life Fitness, Arsenal Strength, these are some of the iconic machines we have in our back & arms area.

We have invested in specialised cable attachments (MAG Grips) which are always available and allow you to change up your workouts.
